Holger Schwenk appointed Technical Managing Director

We are pleased to announce an important reinforcement to our management team: Holger Schwenk has taken on the position of Technical Managing Director. With his many years of experience in mechanical engineering, automation, and food technology, he will sustainably strengthen our company’s technical expertise and innovative capacity.

Holger Schwenk began his professional career in 1997 in mechanical engineering, where he took on responsible roles in automation and technical development. He subsequently gained extensive leadership experience as a plant and operations manager. For more than eight years, he shaped the technical and organizational development of Inotec GmbH as Managing Director. Most recently, he worked for Laska, an internationally recognized manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the food industry as well.

For around six months now, Holger Schwenk has been supporting VETEC ANLAGENBAU GmbH as Technical Managing Director. With his expertise and passion for technological advancement, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction in the areas of innovation, quality, and efficiency. His responsibilities include the continued development of the company’s technical divisions, with a focus on digitalization and automation. A particular emphasis is placed on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for process optimization. In addition, he is driving product development toward modular, future-oriented system solutions.
